Express Employment Professionals Hosts the Express Clydesdales

Lansing, MI, May 7, 2018-Express Employment Professionals is hosting the world-renown Express Employment Professionals Clydesdales at the Lansing Mall, 5330 W Saginaw Hwy, East Lansing, MI 48823.

Express is taking this opportunity to host a Community Appreciation event. We have been servicing the Lansing area for 17 years and are so proud to be a part of Lansing, the Capitol City. This event is open to the public and is FREE. There will be carriage rides, photos with the horses, games, live music, and food! The event will be in the Lansing Mall parking lot 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Monday, May 7.

“I look forward to providing this unique opportunity to the community and also taking advantage of this exciting time to give back to the Lansing community,” said Lisa Young, Express franchise owner. Of a rare black and white color, the Express Employment Professionals Clydesdales stand six feet at the shoulders and weigh more than 2,000 pounds each. Their shoes are the size of dinner plates and weigh more than three pounds each.

In addition to competing on a national stage, the Express Clydesdales of Express Employment Professionals have participated in some of the most recognized parades and promotional events in the world, including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Tournament of Roses Parade, the Fiesta Bowl Parade, Orange Bowl Parade, Hollywood Parade, Calgary Stampede Parade, Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade, the International Finals Rodeo and the Professional Bull Riders World Finals.

The Clydesdales enjoyed a historic moment when they escorted Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge in North America at the Calgary Stampede in 2011.

The Lansing Express Employment Professionals franchise began operation in 2000 and serves the Greater Lansing area with temporary help and direct hire employees in a variety of fields, including administrative, industrial, and skilled trades.
