Technology Training Sessions for Seniors ONLY in September

During the month of September, Closing The Digital Gap (CTDG) non profit will be focusing on several topics for Seniors for FREE technology training.  Closing The Digital Gap has been in existence since 2000, becoming a non-profit in 2002, with offices in Lansing and Detroit, Michigan.  The upcoming September Sessions will include topics such as:


 ~September 7, 2019 - Staying Safe Online while Surfing the Internet
 ~September 14, 2019 - Sending Emails/How to Create an Email Account
 ~September 21, 2019 - Social Media Intro
 ~September 28, 2019 - Sense of the Census 2020

Seating is limited to first come first served and a confirmation number from the non-profit is needed to be enrolled to attend.  Some restrictions may be required in addition to being age 50+ years old or above.  Seniors are encouraged to bring their laptop or tablet, however, devices or computers will be provided to participants who come without one.  This is a great opportunity for our seniors to Surf Safely, Get their own email, Learn About Social Media, and try to make sense of the upcoming Census in 2020.
