An Update: Pelosi's Husband 'On the Mend' Following Surgery

Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, remains in a San Francisco Hospital, recovering from head surgery.

In fact, Pelosi underwent successful surgery yesterday to repair a skull fracture. He was attacked in his home by a man screaming, "Where's Nancy?"

Speaker Pelosi arrived in San Francisco from Washington, D.C. late Friday afternoon to be with her husband.

A man named David DePape, (pictured below on the right), who appears to be a right-wing conspiracy theorist and 2020 election denier, is in police custody in connection with the attack on Mr. Pelosi. The 42-year-old native of Canada has reportedly lived in the U.S. for the past two decades. He is facing a host of felony charges including attempted murder.
