Possibly Illegal Guns Seized by East Lansing Police

Two people are facing gun-related charges today following their arrests by East Lansing police.

Officers say the suspects were taken into custody after three guns, (pictured below), one of them an assault-style weapon, were found in their possession.

Police said they were talking to a group of people early Sunday morning in the parking lot of a convenience store on Grove Street when they spotted the guns. At the time, the cops were reportedly investigating other criminal activity.

The names of those arrested have not yet been made public.
