A woman's right to make her own reproductive choices will be enshrined in Michigan's Constitution!
Voters in the Great Lakes state have decided that by overwhelmingly approving the hotly contested Proposal 3!
In the states of Vermont and California, voters last night also approved measures to make the "right to choose" a legal right in their constitutions thereby making an "end run" around the U.S. Supreme Court's decision this summer to strike down the right to an abortion by overturning the 1973 Roe v Wade ruling.
