For Corean Canty, leadership begins with one powerful idea: OUR VOICE MATTERS.


A seasoned communications strategist, speaker, and people-first executive, Canty has spent her career helping leaders and organizations move from vision to execution by aligning communication, culture, and systems.


But her journey into leadership development didn’t start in a boardroom. It began in the world of storytelling and performance.


For 15 years, Canty worked as a professional improviser and sketch comedian. In that space she discovered something many corporate environments overlook: the power of play. Improvisation teaches people to listen deeply, respond authentically, and collaborate with trust. Those same skills, she realized, are the foundation of effective leadership.


That insight eventually led Canty to launch two businesses in Atlanta. Speak More Human focuses on strategic communication and voice development, helping leaders clarify their message, strengthen their presence, and build visibility around ideas that matter. In an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and automation, Canty believes authentic human voice is a strategic advantage.


Her second venture, Shift to Play, brings play back into the workplace. Through team experiences and workshops, the company helps organizations build creativity, collaboration, and trust, especially during moments of growth and change.


At the center of Canty’s work is a commitment to helping women leaders recognize the value of their own voice.
