Governor Whitmer Holds Grillin’ With Gretchen in Grand Rapids

On Monday, Governor Gretchen Whitmer joined more than 400 Michiganders for a Grillin’ with Gretchen event in Grand Rapids as she continues to talk with voters across the state and share her vision for Michigan. During the event, Governor Whitmer spoke with voters about her record of putting Michiganders first with historic investments. She discussed her work to build thriving communities in every corner of Michigan by fixing the damn roads, expanding access to quality education and affordable child care, securing good-paying jobs, and making the largest investment in K-12 education in Michigan’s history. Governor Whitmer and Lieutenant Governor Gilchrist have held Grillin’ events in Detroit, Wyandotte, Fraser, Pontiac, Bay City, Flint, Jackson, Ann Arbor, Marquette, Saginaw, Benton Harbor, Grand Rapids, Dearborn, and Livonia.
