Michigan’s Bacon Festival coming to Jackson Field Statewide festival at Lansing Lugnuts Stadium

Outlier Events and Lansing Lugnuts presents Lansing with creative takes on bacon and beer with Michigan Bacon Fest at Jackson Field.

LANSING, MI - Outlier Events is partnering with the Lansing Lugnuts and Footprints of Michigan to bring Michigan’s Bacon Fest to Jackson Field for its inaugural year. Michigan’s Bacon Fest will take place on Saturday, July 30 from 4pm-8pm with a VIP only early entry at 3pm. The event will be hosted by Outlier Events and the Lansing Lugnuts.

Outlier Events also hosts a number of other popular events across the Midwest including Donut and Beer Fest and Taco and Tequila Fest. This event is a celebration of all things bacon, beer and fun. There will be food trucks and local vendors featuring their take on tasty bacon creations. Bacon Donuts, bacon mac and cheese, bacon burgers, bacon beer and much more will be at the festival. There will be a variety of local, regional, and national beers/ciders/seltzers as well as live music all included with the price of your ticket. We encourage wackiness when coming up with their food selections so you may see anything from bacon donuts to a bacon beer and everything in between.

All ages are welcome to attend. Ticket options will include a $55 VIP Bacon & Beers admission with 1 hour early entry and 10 food samples as well as 10 drink tokens for beer/hard cider samples, a $40 VIP ‘Just the Bacon’ admission with 1 hour early entry and 10 food sample tokens, a $40 General Admission Bacon & Beers option with 7 food samples and 5 beer/hard cider samples of your choosing, and a $30 General Admission ‘Just the Bacon with 7 food samples.

All tickets come with a souvenir cup and lanyard. Attendance is limited and tickets will be required for entry. Those interested in attending the festival are encouraged to sign up now for the priority list to gain first access to tickets starting today before they go on sale to the general public on June 14.
