Michigan State Police Launches New Online Cold Case Resources

LANSING, Mich. — Michigan State Police has launched new online resources designed to bring greater public attention to unsolved crimes and make it easier for people to send information directly to investigators.

The new dedicated cold case webpages highlight unsolved investigations and provide a centralized way for the public to review case information and share potential tips.

MSP says the initiative is intended to expand awareness of cases that remain open while strengthening connections among investigators, the public and criminal justice partners.

The department has also highlighted investigative college programs across Michigan as part of broader efforts to bring new attention and resources to unresolved cases.
