Location set for Bishop David Maxwell Funeral Service

Family, friends, and admirers of Bishop David Maxwell will gather to say their final goodbyes on Friday morning, December 9th, at Lansing's Mount Hope Church.

The prominent local religious leader and community advocate died last week at the age of 66.

There will be a "homegoing service" on Thursday night from 6-8 pm at Bishop Maxwell's Eliezer Temple Church at 3637 W. Jolly Road.

Mount Hope Church is located at 202 South Creyts Road in Lansing.
