Some women build platforms. Others build people. Terry Riley is doing both.

As Founder of SisterHood Excellence (S.H.E.), Terry has created a space dedicated to connection, growth, and transformation for women and girls of all ages. Since its founding in 2017, S.H.E. has been rooted in one powerful truth: sisterhood is essential.

A native of Saginaw and raised in Lansing, Terry’s work is deeply tied to community. Whether through mentorship, coaching, or advocacy, she is committed to helping women discover their strength, define their purpose, and move forward with intention.

Her calling extends beyond leadership. As a minister, worship leader, and educator within Saginaw Public Schools, she pours into the next generation daily, reminding every child that their story matters.

For Terry, this work is more than service. It is ministry. Her message is one of faith and belief: trust what has been placed inside of you, and walk boldly in it.

Because when women come together in purpose… there is nothing they cannot build.

Luke 1:45 Blessed is She who believes God will do everything spoken to her!
